Permanent residence
A permanent resident card is a document that is obtained after an administrative procedure, which is aimed at determining whether issuing a decision on granting a permanent residence permit is justified. It confirms the identity of a foreigner during his stay in Poland and is valid with a foreign passport. The rules for issuing decisions are mainly regulated by the Act of 12 December 2013 on foreigners. In our activity, we offer help throughout the process of applying for a residence card, which consists of, among others, initial verification of the legitimacy of applying for this document and many other activities that will increase the likelihood of obtaining a permanent residence card. We will also explain to you what rights result from the possession of this document and what mistakes foreigners make when applying for a residence card (for the rights resulting from having a permanent residence card, you can read more here). Contact us and do not let us ask you whether you will get a permanent residence card or not decide by chance.
