Temporary stay in Poland
A temporary residence card is a document that is obtained after an administrative procedure, which is aimed at determining whether issuing a decision on granting a temporary residence permit to a foreigner is justified. This document confirms the identity of the foreigner during his stay in Poland and is valid with a foreign passport. The rules for issuing decisions are mainly regulated by the Act of 12 December 2013 on foreigners. In our activity, we offer help in the entire process of applying for a temporary stay card, which consists of, among others, initial verification of the legitimacy of applying for this document and many other activities that will increase the probability of receiving a temporary residence card. This is all the more important since a temporary residence permit can be obtained on different grounds (the main rule is that a stay in Poland planned by a foreigner justifies a foreigner staying in Poland for more than 3 months). Such justification may be, for example, undertaking or continuing a job or running a business. We will write a proposal for you choosing the appropriate legal basis, which will shorten the time of administrative proceedings and facilitate the decisions of the official. We will also explain to you what rights result from the possession of this document and what mistakes foreigners make when applying for a residence card (for the rights resulting from having a permanent residence card, you can read more here). Contact us and do not let us ask you whether you will get a permanent residence card or not decide by chance.
